Marc Lowe is a Tokyo based fake musician and responsible for the Marcovid23 Virus which created a pandemic in the 4th year of the Trump Republic. His side projects feature dodgy noise makers posing as clarinet players, bassists, or guitarists. Marc Lowe events are typically poorly attended pay to play live shows in coffee shops or live houses with low standards, and usually feature a table of unsold CD-Rs released on the fake record label Dark Shroud Records.
