All the polo shirts and a lot of Elio’s clothes come from the personal wardrobe of producer Marco Morabito. Timothée Chalamet and Marco, called Momo by the actors and the crew, have the same lanky figure, and in second stance Morabito is married to Giulia Piersanti, the costume designer of Call Me By Your Name. Another funny trivia for you all: Giulia Piersanti’s sister, Ilaria Urbinati, is Armie Hammer’s personal stylist. “I like the blue stripe shirt from the day where the excursion on the boat and we see the statue emerge from the water. Almost all of my clothes in the film are producer Marco Morabito’s. Almost everything I wear in the movie is his.” - Timothée Chalamet

Behold, the producers of Call Me By Your Name (and darling Walter Fasano - the editor and script collaborator - on the far left!)

These are the folks who put up the money to get this film made. They provided the funding without forcing Luca to change the story. Other producers had offered to fund the film if Luca would “make the mother mean” or create an antagonist. But Luca stuck to his vision and eventually cobbled together enough money to make the film the way he and his creative team wanted to make it.
