Sunday morning, in the pit. Everyday Sunshine holiday weekend, all kinds of Funtime. BUT FIRST.....Hammer strength incline press. My too short shirt is really chapping my hide, piece of cheap s#%^.. ANYWAYS. These are pretty damned good as far as machines go. I use them on my second chest workout ,or as a precursor to intense free weight sets. The keys to making these machines work for you, are complete isolation , continuous tension, proprioception ,and of course, a deep stretch at the bottom of the movement ,followed by a full contraction at the top. Also , they are a decent safe way to implement drop sets and super sets without too much stress on the scapula. I sit fairly low in the machine because I want the starting point to be across and at the top of the chest, just like incline barbell or dumbbell presses. 3-4 sets of anywhere from 6-10 for strength. Eight to 12 for shape. Anything above that is a bit advanced with heavier weights, but I find it effective in the higher rep ranges. Plus any impinging shoulder or elbow pain is easier to work with on these apparatus. Alright!? Good. Do these and build some sweet shelving space under your neck to display your action figures, so you can take them with you everywhere. Right on. Now ride on, all the way to Hasbro Hell . I'll catch you creeps , peeps and iron freaks...... in the pit. #inthepit #marcobanco #bodybuilding #upperchest #inclinepress #vancouver #britishcolumbia #canada #hammerstrength
