I'm a believer that most of your attention should be focused on the upper chest when it comes to developing a commending chest on a bodybuilding stage, or the public stage. I'm a straight practitioner, a purest at my core when it comes to training, and bodybuilding. I think to many today overcomplicate their training worrying themselves with the latest training style or trends. Stick to the basics TUT, drop sets, supersets, and giant sets, etc. But with that said no effort, or training will make a damn difference if you don't eat enough, or eat the wrong foods. PROFESSIONAL TIP: Stick to the basics!!! NUTRITION,STRENGTH TRAINING(basics), and CARDIO. KISS principle. Hammer strength incline press 3 sets, reps 6 to 12 range increasing weight to max through progression. Then pyramiding down, dropping the weight lower after going to failure in each set.
