Wanted to do some fast portrait studies but the website w/ references didn't work
So i ended up by drawing from 3d models again
And it wasn't bad i actually liked it
All style decisions were made by accident and a huge lack of time (about 1-3 min per head) and to me whom always struggles w/ stylisation it was almost a blessing
But despite all i just said it was pretty hard. Especially 'cause i'm not good at capturing the resemblance
I had a few Blisk's sketches for example. And i didn't like it at all. Graves was hard to draw too even though i tried before once
I'll be honest Bish is not my favorite character at all but i like his design a lot. And i was pleasantly surprised i ended up with some nice sketches of him
I also struggled with Sarah. For some reason i always want to make her face probably too long
And what about Mac and Barker... Still feels like i'm missing something at both of them. But James looks funny and Bob went adorable at some point. So yeah. It was quite good session
I'll recommend you try that kind of sketching my beautiful reader if you reached for that point. It will be frustrating at the beginning but i promise you'll end up liking it
