Getting started early on Halloween! It might be July, but the earlier the better. My allotted spoons and my janky tablet really limit the last minute cram I usually end up doing.
Marcus has decided to go as an angel for Halloween. He might be cold, but at least he’s sexy.
I did another thing! It’s an aesthetic moodboard for Marcus.
I’ve been using this pixel app a lot lately. I’m nervous using real images off of the internet due to copyright. Not to mention, I want them all to look good together, so I decided to just make them myself.
Plus, my other drawing app crashes every 5 minutes. So yeah, pixels it is. Maybe I’ll get back on my actual drawing app soon, I really wanna start some projects early this year. I just can’t handle the constant crashing.
So I have been obsessing over pixel art animation as I’ve been working on these character pixels. I recently found out the pixel app I use has an animation feature.
Unfortunately, through playing with it, I’ve realized it isn’t really all that good. I’m already extremely limited on pixels (I think it’s 120x120?) but it also limites me pretty steeply on frames, so the movements I had in mind are impossible.
Anyway, here’s the only thing I could figure out how to make: a five frame gif of Marcus blinking. I wish it had given me more frames to prolong some of the images like holding his eyes open, but oh well.
Okay! So I finally got in all of the art from my commission by @dreamtydraw ! I received the finished product of all of the characters I’ve already posted (oops I thought they were already finished, or I wouldn’t have posted them) and of the last few characters I had been waiting on!

My man here is a bilingual bi king and is ready to be as annoying to conservatives as possible.
Next up is Marcus Ramos. @evulbad did a great job capturing his cocky attitude! He’s an instigator, if you can’t tell.
