View of two-story wooden-frame house with storefront located at 1014-1016 St. Aubin, parcel 24, in the area bounded by Dequindre/Chene/Lafayette/Monroe, site 2-S-4. Sign in storefront window: "Cooper's Radio Clinic." Cars parked in street; sign over service bay of adjacent gas station: "General auto repairing, Marfak lubrication." Handwritten on front: "Par. 24, 1014-16 St. Aubin, 4-28-50."

Part of a collection that contains condemnation files, photographs, blueprints and descriptions of slum clearance housing parcels for the City of Detroit. Of particular note are areas which included the neighborhoods known as Paradise Valley, Black Bottom, Corktown and the Jeffries Housing Project.
