Does anyone else get itchy when they need to create?

Yes, I'm in a weird space mentally, emotionally and physiologically. But, I feel like I've got this... itch. Words need to come pouring out of me in a torrent of either bodily fluids (think disgusting being sick bodily fluids that feel awful as you're getting rid of them but amazingly satisfying once you're done) or else like rain. ... Rain is probably a better metaphor. 

I don't know where it comes from. I don't know why my muse does it. All I know is that I have a presentation due yesterday and I only want to sleep, read and write until the itch stops.
