Helmi: Yeah, until my master stole enough wealth to just buy power. Then my skills weren't needed and she started treating me like an ordinary servant Pearl.

Meet Margaritar, one of my three Pearl OCs. She’s a black Pearl with an overall bluish tint. Her master is a wealthy Obsidian (subject to change) who happens to have wings, so why not own a winged Pearl?

Margaritar can tie the wings to her wrists, allowing her to fly like a bird. She wants to be able to do that freely, but as a slave she only gets to do it to entertain other Gems.

This design is a work in progress. As this is technically the first image I have ever drawn of her that isn’t just a sketch or a random pixel, it is very likely that I will scrap this look for something better. But for now, here’s the pretty.
