Excuse my rambling, but it means a lot to me that Marques Jr got to finally be the Firework Knight he always wanted to be. I was always kind of a weird kid and I struggled to make friends, so while creativity came naturally to me since I was young (in the sense that it's what I wanted to do, not that I was good at it), it's also a refuge for me when things get tough. It's pretty much the only thing I can get myself to consistently pursue, even if I'm not exactly good at finishing projects even now I'm in my 30s.
But that's precisely why Marques Jr's story means a lot to me. I know it's just a story, but if he can be the Fireworks Knight, maybe if I keep pushing, I can make my magical girls a little more real too. Maybe it's still worth taking my silly photos and sharing my OCs with everyone. It honestly still surprises me that anybody cares at all so if you read this far, thank you.
