Certainly not anymore! As mentioned in my silly comic I used to control my temper more but come on, I’ve spent my entire life sitting idly through sexual harassment and the defending of sexual harassment because I’ve been to scared to open my mouth, I figured it was about time to change that. I thought the My Strange Addiction representation of the lolita community was pretty insulting myself. They made it seem so much more disturbing than it actually was. Look, some people just want to dress up, okay? It's not always an "addiction". If I could actually afford lolita clothes, I would wear them just for the sake of dressing up and having fun! Why are they making it look worse than it actually is?

It kinda makes it worst that they compared both Venus and Emily to a man who spends thousands of dollars on surgery to look like a (Ken) doll by putting them three in an episode. It's a huge misrepresentation. Venus said the things she usually says in videos ("I like too look like a doll") but they made it seem EVEN MORE "weirder" than her normal interviews or videos. And Emily was completely scripted and edited, I think somebody said the scene where she went job searching in her coordinate was scripted as well?? Like, I expected this to happen, but I didn't expect it to be this bad. I thought it was going to be like "these people look dolly" not "let's make them look as weird as fucking possible and put a ken doll next to them because lolita and jfashion are definitely the same thing as a surgery-nut"

ellemenopoop - I think we have interacted a few times but it has been a bit. I am sure they were very nice though. (I feel bad for not remembering exactly... but I love the url)

pinovax - interaction between us has been very minimal but I really love this blog. The posts are always gorgeous, wither they be of the blogger herself or otherwise.

mariahime - I haven't had the chance to interact with this blogger but the blog itself is very very cuuute!~

Oh goodness really? It’s a little stronger in person (the lighter spots show better) but i’m glad you like it!

It’s actually my first time doing something like that, I really just played around for an hour and a half till i found what worked. Cx I’d be more than happy to create a tutorial sometime though! C:

To the anon who asked about cutting their own hair, I cut my bangs pretty regularly and they turn out just fine. Hell, my aunt who actually owns a hair salon thinks they look good. I recommend cutting your hair while it's wet though. Makes it a whole lot easier.

OMG totally agree with you on the cold weather thing :D I hate sweating and also all of my favorite outfits are fall/winter clothes ;-;

Yeah! I have dresses to wear in the summer, but I don't like the look of some of them without tights and it's too hot most days lately to go out with tights. Plus I love layering and sweaters and neither are appropriate in the summer heat. ;_; I am so ready for autumn.

I've been wanting to message you for a while: I think what you're doing here is amazing and you deserve all the happiness &cookies &love :* Misha will love this! So, as I'm broker than broke and can't do much because going outside would mean taking my little brothers along or leaving them at home alone, I'm planning to go through certain tags(depressed, etc) & messaging people to help them deal with whatever they're dealing with... so thank you for inspiring people to be kind to others!!! :'D
