Philippe Ruehlio Linwood came prepared.
The man had donned on a striking red colour scheme, with the intention of being recognised still, despite the mask that he sported. He wanted to be known, as he was, of course, representing not only himself, but also the Royals Industries for tonight, in lieu of the absence of the Red Queen. It was only fitting then, that the Royal Red Prince stepped up, albeit temporarily, to take the place. But tonight’s preparations did not end there.
Philippe was schmoozing around the main casino floor, readily and actively chatting with various guests from all walks of lives who had taken the time out of their day to attend the Taylor Motors event. He had to give it to Devlin: it was not a bad party. Though the rivalry between the Motors and the Industries were alive and very much on fire (despite the obvious lie he had charmingly uttered to the press when he first stepped into the place), he did appreciate a well-organised social event.
Having had spotted Marie on the floor, he headed for her almost immediately, silently minding the timing of his orchestrated plans. He needed to get to her, and warn her ahead of time. After her, it was off to find Whitney and Harper, and get them safe, too.
“I’m sorry.” were the first things out of his lips, whispered as to ensure the privacy between them. But before the man even had a chance to further elaborate on his words, the blast went off.
