Nightstar experiences a manifestation of her guilt, what else is new?

Since Duskclan split off, they've been disconnected from Starclan. In the lore of this world that I have, you can only communicate with Starclan when going to the Moonfalls. No calling Starclan at 3am challenges when you can just talk to your dead relatives. So Nightstar thinking she's seeing a Starclan cat is a pretty big deal.

Medicine cat squad

I think I do a bit to much posting of cats without explaining anything about they're characters- so here's Blazestar and Marigoldpelt of meadowclan: when Marigoldpelt was first training to be a medicine cat she liked how important she was to the clan, and how much they relied on her and her then mentor Plumfoot. However it annoyed her that cats would sometimes refuse to take certain herbs or talk down to her because she was still technically an apprentice, so she devised an idea to make sure that her clan mates had to listen to her. Blazestar, formerly Blazestrike, was a bit of a waistiod and was happy to live a completely average life and go roll around in catnip with his friends, until his sister started having strange dreams and prophesying that he would become the leader and was destined to lead Meadowclan. Given his sisters good reputation no one questioned it and when Blazestrike shared his anxieties with his sister over the situation she told him not to be selfish and that it was for the good of the clan. After that Blazestrike was made deputy by the ageing leader Rockstar who then passed away under mysterious circumstances but everyone assumed it was just old age.
