Take your BBQ game to the next level with these perfectly marinated Poor Boy Steaks. When you mix soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, and fragrant herbs, you get a flavor that has won awards and will impress your guests.
Ingredients: 4 Poor Boy steaks 1 inch thick. 1/4 cup olive oil. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce. 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon dried rosemary. 1 teaspoon dried thyme. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Mix olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, rosemary, thyme, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl using a whisk. Pour the marinade over the Poor Boy steaks that are in a plastic bag that can be closed again. Put the bag in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight to marinate. Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Take the steaks out of the marinade and let the extra run off. Throw away the marinade. For medium-rare steaks, grill them for 4 to 5 minutes per side, or until they're done the way you like them. Let steaks sit for five minutes before cutting them. Enjoy! The Poor Boy Steaks won an award! Serve them with your favorite sides.
