Cane toads [also known as Marine toads; Rhinella marina] cluster around a leaky pipe, perhaps confusing it for a puddle. A toad’s skin is one of the features that separates them from most other frogs; they retain moisture much more efficiently than other amphibians, and require only the occasional soak to stay hydrated.
