The Passport I/O Environmental Control Unit is a microprocessor based controller, designed for the precise control and monitoring of direct expansion and chilled water boat air conditioning systems from Marine Air. 

The control is dual voltage, operating at both 115 and 230 Volts, 50/60 Hz. The display is available in both black and white. 

In chilled water air handlers, the control is referred to as AH-Passport I/O. The assembly has a ground shield to protect against static interference and RF noise. 

The circuit board is conformally coated to provide high resistance to external damage or corrosion. Non-volatile memory stores all user-selectable parameters indefinitely during operation or any power failure situations.

Koolair PM 500-115 and PM 500-230 Magnetic Drive Pump 3/4″ FPT Inlet 1/2″ MPT Outlet, 8.5 GPM @ 19 Feet of Head (31 LPM @4.3M). Includes original base and the  fully integrated  marine base. Completely submersible, with run dry protection (10 lbs.), .05 HP (.037 KW) 115 volt 50/60HZ.

The Koolair PM500-115 and PM 500-230 is a completely submersible seal-less centrifugal magnetic pump drive (10 lbs.) generating a maximum flow of 8.5 gallons per minute with a maximum head of 19 feet at 8.2 PSI. 

The pump is dry run protected to withstand thermal overloads without failure. When cooled, the pump will resume operating normally.

Materials exposed to the solution (wet end) are Reinforced Polypropylene, Buna N and Ceramic Magnet, when submerged, Epoxy, Stainless Steel, Polysulfone, and the Cord will also come in contact with the solution.

The inlet connection is a ¾” female pipe thread and the outlet is ½” male pipe thread.Includes fully integrated, heavy duty marine base, as well as the original base.

The motor is a 1 Phase 115V, .05 Horsepower motor, running on either 50 or 60 HZMaximum internal pressure is 25 PSI and the maximum liquid temperature is 130 Fahrenheit or 54 Celsius.
