Cover art: Bunshichirō Ōma / 逢麻文七郎, a freelance artist who worked on a few games such as Power Instinct Matrimelee and Trap Gunner. Very active member of the dōjin scene, he even produced a Rage of the Dragons dōjin years ago.

According to Double Dragon creator Yoshihisa Kishimoto, Evoga didn't have the rights to use the DD licence:
"I personally had nothing to do with Rage of the Dragons and neither did the license holders," says Kishimoto. "So, technically, it's illegal. But Million is a small company and it doesn't have the finances necessary to stop people from creating Double Dragon spin-offs."
