Since Toast was around when Ghost was a kid, Peewee's known Toast since he was itty bitty. He's always found the connection between Ghost and Toast to be adorable, though he would sometimes get annoyed with how they enable each other.
When Toast moved to England, Peewee pulled some strings to ensure that Ghost and Toast would be able to frequently call on the phone despite their time differences, even getting a second clock that tracked Toast's timezone. If Ghost needed to do something mid-call, he'd tell Peewee to distract Toast so he wouldn't hang up, which was a little awkward at first but gave Toast the ability to experience actual parental care. Especially during his transition
Toast invited Peewee to his marriage with Mary, which he greatly appreciated. Even if he wasn't a surrogate dad for Toast, he likes to think he's been at least a kind of mentor figure who helped him mature. He also thought Mary was very, very lovely. He didn't make it to her funeral, but reached out to Toast about it as soon as he came back to the states.
Toast has been over to Ghost's parent's house many a time after PIE was founded. Though they originally went with Ronnie Boast, Ghost wasn't sure how to introduce the new members to his dad (NOR did he WANT to) so even after Spooker and Colon joined it stayed just the two of them. Sometimes Toast would come alone to ask for advice, including asking for advice in asking out/proposing/marrying Ghost. Peewee does encourage the relationship, but frequently reminds Toast to work through his grief from his previous marriage first.
When Toast was a werewolf, Peewee was one of the few people that the duo trusted to go to for help or advice. During the puppet arc, Peewee either made or improved upon the tech Toast had to use to track Ghost down. Ghost didn't visit Peewee during the retirement arc because he knew Toast would likely ask his dad to mention if he visited (Peewee wouldn't for Ghost's privacy, but Ghost doesn't know that)... Peewee was originally uninterested in any anti-ghost guns Ghost gave him, but failed to mention that the entire house was a paranormal death trap with exceptions made around Jimmy so Ghost wouldn't get hurt or trapped in his own house.
Overall, Peewee has been a kind, supportive, and paternal figure for both Toast and Ghost.
But if there's someone on the PIE team Peewee would have problems with, it's Spooker.
