Seokjin didn’t really have that many girl friends. He didn’t really have a steady relationship with them at all. But if it was one he’d pick to be the best, it would be Mari Iseo. She was one friend that he’d trust better than any other of his friends. But there was something that he liked about her. He actually liked her. This crush has been going on for a long time and he wasn't sure if she’d like him back. She’s been talking to Taehyung for a while and that broke the feelings away. But, when Taehyung was going out with Maya, Seokjin found an opportunity.
But the thing is, they flirt with each other. Did she think this was a game? Did she like him as well? Or was she just doing for the fun? Seokjin didn’t know what else to do. He decided to ask Yoongi, who was kinda caught up in the same situation. But, sadly, he was no help at all. Seokjin decided to live with the fact and confess one day. When? He didn’t know. Probably when the time called for it.
One day, Mari suggested to invite Seokjin over because they hand’t really spoken to each other in a while (because of Seokjin being afraid of screwing something up) and Seokjin decided to break the news there instead. So he tried to look at least nice.
Once he walked up to the door, he felt his palms sweating. Maybe she’ll get him but friend-zone him? No, that’s just as worse as turning him down. Wait wasn't that the same thing? He knocked on the door and it didn’t take that long for Mari to open the door.
“Oh you’re here!”Mari says bouncing up and down. “Come in and sit down. Don’t forget to take off your shoes as well!”
Seokjin comes in and slips off his shoes. He takes a seat on the couch to see a variety show on TV. Mari comes rushing in with a few boxes of chicken, pizza and some drinks. She sits them down on the table in front of them.
“How’re you doing, Seokjin?”Mari says happy as ever.
“I’m fine.”Seokjin says uncomfortably.”I’m sorry for being too quiet with you.”
“No no no. It’s fine!”Mari says opening a box on chicken and starts eating it.”I also ordered food as you can see.”
Seokjin nodded and reached for a box of chicken and opened it. How long did she have this? It was still hot?
“Seokjin..is there anything bothering you lately?”Mari asks.
Seokjin started to turn red. Was this his moment to confess?
“Actually yes.”He says.”I was going to say that-”
Just before he could confess, the doorbell rang. Mari ran to it and didn’t come back for another 30 seconds. When she came back, it was..chinese food?
“I’m sorry Jinnie.”Mari says plopping back on the couch.”I ordered Chinese food before you got here as well.
‘Hopefully.’ Seokjin thought. ‘She’ll call me that more often.’
Seokjin felt a push on his shoulder and looked over at Mari, who looked concerned.
“What’s up with you spacing out all the time?”Mari asked.
Seokjin pushed her back, but a little more forceful.”I was thinking.”
It was a good thing Mari was tough and she wasn’t whining about him pushing her too hard.
Mari put down her food and punched him in the shoulder. Seokjin punched her in her shoulder back. That was it. Mari tackled Seokjin sending them rolling on the floor, struggling for a few minutes. It started to get playful when Mari started laughing when Seokjin tickled her. They stopped their struggling and looked at each other. Mari was pinned under Seokjin, out of breath. Seokjin moved in closer and kissed the Japanese girl. She kissed him back, but a little more rougher. They were at this until they ran out of breath.
Seokjin looked at Mari, who’s eyes seemed like they were sparkling.
“I-I’m sorry Mari..I just..”Seokjin says getting from on top of the girl.
“N-No Seokjin.”Mari says pulling the boy back down with her.”You’re fine.”
“You mean..”
“Yes. I have a massive crush on you.”
“I do too. But I think I made everything awkward.”
Mari laughed a bit then got up.”Like I said, you’re fine.”
The two went and sat back on the couch and finished eating. Mari scooted a little closer to Seokjin and rested her head on his shoulder. Seokjin looked back down at her and smiled.
“S-So does this mean we’re dating?”Mari asked.
Seokjin turned red.”Yeah. Sure.”
“Is it okay if I call you Jin or Jinnie? Seokjin seems too much for me.”
“That’s fine.”
“Okay, Jinnie. I wanted you to know that I love you.”
“I love you too, Mari.”
The two sat in silence for a while then looked at each other for while before kissing each other again.
“How are we gonna tell the others?”Seokjin asked breaking apart from the kiss.
“They probably think it’s obvious already.”Mari says laying her head in Seokjin’s lap.
Seokjin looked at the Japanese girl and then turned to the TV. He then heard that she fell asleep right there. He ran his fingers in her blonde-brown hair smiling to himself before falling asleep himself.
Good god I think that one ended weirdly...HUE. Anyway! I hope this Bangtan BoyxLittle Drummer Girl adventure is..decent. SO! See you guys in the next one!
