this message immediately got me thinking about that scene in the notebook where james marsdens character was all fucked up in the hospital and rachel mcadams was his nurse and despite the fact that he could barely speak and was in a full body cast he kept flirting with her.... fp antics. and he asks her out on a date and she’s just humoring him and telling him how about he gets better first and then they can talk. cut to him looking fine as hell in his uniform showing up outside her college to ask her out on a date.... bitch... thats a mood
i also like the idea of fp getting some stupid little injury that he has to go get checked and cleaned and what do ya know... the nurse is hot. and he’s still trying to flirt but gladys wants nothing to do with him so fp just keeps giving himself these little injuries so he has an excuse to keep going back to see her cuz he is Smitten™. and slowly over time gladys starts warming up to fp because sometimes he actually says something funny (or its so stupid she cant help but find it a little charming despite herself). but oh no... one day fp actually gets seriously hurt... and gladys is hit with the sudden realization that she may actually have feelings for this guy.... and it would really matter to her if something happened to him....
