[ 💛 || cocktail kiss - Bar-tender Love / Mark_k ]

[ Mark was closing his bar tonight. he cleaned up his counter and the other, Sweet and Cap'n, heading back to their apartment room to rest. waved and said their goodnights ]

[ while customers leaving the bar. only Mark and k_k were left. as Mark finished cleaning. the cd player slide in to the counter ] " hey! got any snacks you have? maybe a drink~? "

[ Mark chuckled and nodded ] " yeah! what's it that you like~? " [ k_k hummed ] " Lemon Jelly and Lemon mojito cocktail! " [ the bartender snickered ] " you could've just get one in the fridge. "

" c'mon! I'm tired! Can you at least get me some? " [ the silly cd player spun around and laid their back down to the counter with arms stretched wide. he chuckled ] " alright alright! " [ he was heading to the kitchen to get the dessert it asked and comes back within a few seconds later. Cakes quickly got up and grabbed the whole cup and scoops with excitement and cravings. with such great cream and citrus flavor as it chews. the sweetness ] " mhh! "

[ Mark prepares the ingredients and glass for the citrus cocktail. with passion and skills. he mixed it all into a bottle shaker. shuffling. he then spins around and threw the shaker up as it spins. he catches it and continues to shake. the cd player watched him doing his process and clapped at his show. ]

[ it leaned their head down in its hand. it smiled ] " you're cute ya know? I could probably kiss you right now~ "

[ Mark stopped for a moment. he blinked and became unresponsive. he rewinded if he did heard everything right. of course he always hears that compliment from almost every girls. but with k_k strikes him double. he blushed ] " o-oh! really? well- haha I get the joke. "

" we're friends right~? " [ that question from them made him pause even more. he blinked ] " yeah. we already were! "

[ the cd player chuckled ] " not friends with benefits? " [ Mark was a little more unresponsive. he laughed ] " are you kidding me? " " Nope! " [ a single head shake and word. it tapped the counter ] " C'mon Mark. admit it! We spend our time together alot! your observations! your compliments! and purring~! "

" p-purring?! " " you purr alot when your contented with me remember.? "

" PFFFFFT--!!!! C'mon! those were just my..natural habits. you know how unbearable that was! I know i purr in other stuffs i'm contented with! " [ that was almost unbearable for him when it comes to his own desires. an orange tint of blush shows . he chuckled nerviously ]

" just admit it! And finish your cocktail by the way. "

[ Mark started remixing the flavors ] " I got nothing to hide.. trust me. "

[ without a word. the cd player slides away their creamy Lemon jelly. suddenly grabbed the shaker putted it aside and held Mark's collar. they pulled him closer ] " woah woah hey! Cakes! wha- " [ it suddenly smooched him right away ]

" ?!?!?!?! "

[ an orange tint of blush shows. his eyes were wided as he already got their first kiss together. his fan started kicking in with heartbeats pumped louder. it was only a few moments soon that Mark gave in. he closed his eyes. held them close with arms he wrapped around their neck ]

[ Then. later on. k_k pulled away and dropped him back down ] " now you wanna admit that you like me~? "

[ Mark completely froze. didn't knew k_k would even attempt to do that. he placed his palm into his own cheek. still have that visible heating blush showing. his fans still runs ] " yes... "

" good! guess there's nothing to hide anymore~! " [ he waved and continued eating his jelly. the bartender blinked ] " does Sweet and Cap'n know? " [ he looks up to k_k and asked ]

[ it nodded while eating ] " they've known it way longer than I do! "

" Longer than you realizing it-!? " [ he jumped in surprise hearing the news. k_k lip smacked ] " yeh. and go finish that damn cocktail. "

" right! right... "

[ it became even more quieter since. with an empty cup of Lemon Jelly. Mark finished making the beverage and gave it to k_k ] " there! just made it more special~ "

[ the cd player grabbed the glass with excitement. it sips. tasting the flavor of the drink with sweet and sour ] " mh! minty and sour! "

[ as it sippsed and huffed. it looked at him. humming. tapping their finger on the glass ] " wanna go for another kiss? maybe something different this time! "

[ as Mark was taking the cup. he looked up ] " what kind of kiss? "

[ k_k takes another sip and points their own mouth. Mark jumped ] " HBSAJKVHJKAD already?! " " mhm! " " now now Cakepop. swallow it now. I would love to but let's take it a little slow alright? maybe in another time? "

[ Cakes swallowed the beverage ] " that's not what I was trying to do. what i meant is that I get to drink enough and finally gargle it to make my mouth taste like minty Lemon and you get to taste it. " " oh. " [ he felt sinking. he should've at least try to think more considerating than reacting already ]

[ k_k takes a breath with their hand and sniffs to smell if it's minty and lemony enough. it nodded and then waved their hand to get Mark closer. letting the cd player his favor and then kissed. tasting the mint and citrus ]

[ only just a few moments and they both pulled away. Mark felt his heart heating even more. they're already making out this fast. he honestly never had any partners before and everything seemed new to him ]

[ sure he and k_k had been friends for a while since he met them and hired the trio to become a band for his bar. and that made Mark had a crush on the cd player. that finally suddenly made its first move ]

" do you have a blunt? "

" just kidding. we could do pocky instead. I was just testing you. "

[ Mark sighed in relief. he smiled and points at the back with his thumb ] " I'll get one pack in the kitchen "

[ as Mark was walking back to the other room. he blushed more and hid his face as he mutters. without asking anything anymore. they both knew they're more than friends now ]

[ the cd player chuckled and goes back to his drink ]

[ seagulls passing by. the small sound of water waves in the middle of the ocean. with a boat floating above the sea ]

[ a fisher man. whose name Mark. mostly quiet. mute. doing his usual daily routine. going out for a fish. or maybe...a little fish visit..? ]

[ a sudden move on his boat. then was being splashed with water. a surprise as he looked and seeing his mermaid happy to see him again. its fins twitches with joy ]

[ a hum in its voice. such gentle..the quiet fisher man smiled.. leaned down closer to them..then leaned in a kiss ]

[ a purr from them...it was very soothing ]

[ they could feel the connection...their bond together....was warm....k_k hummed a song...gentle and beautiful...as Mark listened close...to the song ]
