Haven't drawn these two in a while. Thought the Gtjuly prompt Pirate would be a good excuse to take them on.
Also a bit of a soft reboot of this drawing Happy with how the setting feels like they're actually on a boat now. And happy how i drew Markas and Fi here too.

Introductions: Markas
Markas is a moody orc who frequents the backstreets and alleys of Welwick. He has little money to his name, and is no stranger to the inside of a prison cell. His criminal record as has barred him from working with many of the guilds in the city.
Growing up, Markas was frequently left to care for his dying mother, while his father was rarely around. When she passed, he discovered that his father was an agent of the thief lord Sydna and had been working to pay off a debt he owed her.
When his father was killed on a job, that debt was passed onto Markas, who was made an agent of Sydna in his stead. He has been trying to work off the debt ever since, often taking odd jobs of dubious ethicality or doing Sydna's dirty work.
