Indian LAB prices
LAB recorded a minor decline in Kandla this week, extending the softer tone seen over the past fortnight. Indian LAB prices closed at Rs 325.00/kg, reflecting a Rs 3.00/kg weekly fall and a Rs 5.00/kg decline over the fortnight. The product, however, continues to trade near recent high levels.
The monthly comparison remains firm, with prices higher by Rs 30.00/kg. Over three months, LAB has risen by Rs 177.00/kg from Rs 148.00/kg, while the six-month increase stands at Rs 188.25/kg. Indian LAB prices are still well above earlier lows near Rs 127.00/kg recorded around one year ago.
