Foreign Dancers in Russia

Based on what I’ve seen on Instagram these dancers have left Russia:

Jacopo Tissi (Bolshoi)

Victor Caixeta (Mariinsky)

Aaron Osawa-Horowitz (Mariinsky)

Erick Swolkin and Bruna Gaglianone (both Bolshoi)

Laura Fernandez-Gromova (Stanislavsky)

Adrian Blake Mitchell (with his Russian partner Andrea Lassakova both from Mikhailovsky)

Laurent Hilaire resigned as the Stanislavsky’s director as well. I haven’t seen anything about David Motta Soares except he has no more performances scheduled or Xander Parish except he has been replaced by Andrey Ermakov in his scheduled performance of Giselle on March 5th and has none scheduled. I also don’t know if Ukrainian dancers are staying, such as Ekaterina Chebykina from the Mariinsky. She posted an anti-war post a few days ago, but that’s it. Also nothing from Marko Juusela or Mikhail Barkidzhidzha from the Mariinsky.

I hope all foreign dancers are able to leave if they wish to and that all dancers in Russia remain safe.
