Sofia Valiullina has officially joined the Mikhailovsky! I'm very happy for her as I was starting to worry she'd given up ballet. She's giving me Angelina Vorontsova vibes a little so I think this move could be great for her. Hoping to see her get some great opportunities at the Mikhailovsky!

Anastasia Smirnova was just promoted to First Soloist at the Mikailovsky Ballet! Well deserved I think since she's been doing a lot of the principal roles since her first year there.
I really like her. She's big, bold and exciting and I hope her positive trajectory continues!!
