Life_Lesson_247_September 4th,2018 Few months back I used to come across people who are either not of helping nature, or they are doing their jobs just for formality. And I used to wonder why are there so less people in the world who can think out of the box and work without any selfish purpose. Then someone suggested me to read the book “Fred factor” by Mark Sanborn. After reading that book , I decided to make a list of Fred’s whom I come across. Fred are the people who go out of their comfort zone to do their jobs and provide utmost satisfaction to their customers. The one’s who haven’t read this, should read it to understand the meaning of Fred. I m surprised that I ended up making a list that has almost 50 people whom I gave this title till date. Now I wonder that world is filled with these people and that’s the reason we are surviving. How many Fred’s you came across?
