People's Library, two of our Artists in Residency, are featured in the NYT for their photography postcard project asking prisoners across the US what they would want to see from their window--and what they wish people could see inside their prisons. They'll be addressing incarceration and re-entry in North Philly during their residency, too, and how it affects our neighborhood.
