Adventureland Day was a blast on Sunday, March 3, 2019. I’ve never seen the Tiki Room so full of happy Adventurers singing along with Audio Animatronics (usually it’s just me). I’ve never seen so many people together in one place wearing khaki and greeting each other with a hearty “Kungaloosh!” We went on a treasure hunt, got prescriptions from Shrunken Ned, met new friends and had new experiences (Pilot House on the Mark Twain!). This is what Disneyland was made for - to be childlike and adventurous again, and to immerse yourself in the surroundings that Disney and his Imagineers created. Today, on Monday, even though we only spent a few hours at the parks, I’m having a serious case of withdrawal from the Disney Bubble.
