It had become tradition, every so often, for Spencer and Markus to meet up at the Hogs Head. They had spent many a Hogsmeade trip here together, choosing this over the Three Broomsticks so as to have a bit more privacy. The atmosphere suited them, and kept away the most troublesome students, who didn’t want to sully their reputation by coming there. When the two of them needed to get away from the world for an evening, they still found themselves here.
Spencer got there first, grabbing a table off to the side and ordering a glass of whatever Aberforth had on tap. He watched the door carefully, finally nodding when he saw his friend. “You’re late. Hope you weren’t held up by a rogue tattoo or something.”
