And I need my dose of my mop-headed mate! It’s been weird not seeing you around.
Are you admitting to missing me, Marls?

I have some Honeydukes chocolate here with your name on it in exchange for your Charms notes. Does that sound good to you at all, Remus?
... I'm not sure how I feel about bribery, but I can't resist chocolate - especially Honeydukes. Deal.
Lils! It feels like I haven't talked to you in forever. How are you my favourite ginger?
I know. I was just talking to Mary yesterday about how little I see you girls. I require a girls day soon because I can't remember the last time I saw you all in one place... which is bad, given most of us are in the same dormitory together.
I'm alright. Still busy as ever, but it's beginning to become more manageable. How about you, Mar?
You know what, Pete. I never got any of your underwear sent to me in return. How disappointing.
Uh... will these do?
-With the owl was a badly wrapped parcel that had these inside-
marlenemcknickers replied to your post: Have you seen my favourite feather quill around the dorm? I think I chucked it near your bed last time I saw it…
I don’t remember. I think I was in a rush and I just walked in and threw my stuff wherever there was a free space. Which was conveniently on your bed.
Oh? So because I'm the only one in the dorm who keeps her area clean, I get the pleasure of having you dump all of your things on my bed? -laughs- I feel so special.
I'll keep an eye out for it. I'm sure it's packed up with all of my quills now. You can take a look, if you'd like.

No, I don't believe I have. But why would you chuck your quill at my bed? Have I been mumbling while I read again?
[Owl] - My knickers are a hot commodity Pete. Keep good care of them. I've enclosed a pair for you. Oh, and I like it kinky.
... I'll be sure to keep them quite safe.
Uh, are you sending them to everyone or just some individuals because if so am I meant to send you some of mine back?
- Peter.
P.S - This is something I'd never thought I'd write.
sweets and sibling rivalries ~ marlene&lily
It hadn't taken much to convince her mum and dad to let her go out shopping for school supplies again, mainly because Petunia spent a good twenty minutes complaining earlier about how her boyfriend Vernon was coming over and she didn't want Lily around to make him feel uncomfortable. Even though the walrus of a man knew nothing of what she truly was, Petunia was still convinced he could tell that there was something off about her and as a result, she was rarely around when Petunia brought him over. Or if she happened to be in the house, she didn't stick around long enough for much of a conversation. Not that Lily really minded all that. Vernon and she weren't going to become best friends any time soon.
Shuffling a bit on her feet, Lily brushed the soot from her clothes and checked herself in the window of Fortescue's for the umpteenth time, still convinced she was covered in smudges even with the endless scrubbing she had done in the bathroom. Running her fingers through her hair, she tried to make herself look at least somewhat presentable before noticing the reflection of Marlene and her brothers over her shoulder. Smiling wide, she spun around on her heels just in time to wave them over, more than eager to see all of them.
"I was beginning to think you were going to stand me up. Have some trouble getting these two past the Quidditch shoppe?" She asked, sending the eldest McKinnon a bright smile before turning her green eyes back up to her friend. This was the first time she had seen her in nearly a month, mostly because Lily wasn't close enough to anyone to really visit - save for Sev, that ship had long since sailed. "Excited for the start of term? I bet you can't wait to get away from these two." She teased in a soft tone, moving to pull her best friend into a quick, tight hug.
