Peter doesn't have a Patronus. Least, he doesn't have much more than a few wisps of gossamer blue smoke which seems to have a tail and a pair of beady eyes. It might be because he doesn't have a clear idea of what his happiest memory is. He knows what his happiest memory should be (his sister sleepily charming his hair to be blue days before her passing), but in truth Peter's happiest memory is foggy.Mostly because he in a (literally) fuzzy state when it happened. The forest is raining.Peter feels alive and the forest is raining. In a clear field, the rain would be pouring down on top of their heads, but the leaves of the Forbidden Forest blocked most of the rain. The forest is raining, and Peter's fur is damp, both from Padfoot's drool and the drizzle. Some of the Hogsmeade townies looked shocked when a giant black dog wandered into town and promptly spat out a rat with a proud expression. They were also equally surprised when a dazed juvenile stag clomped into the center of town and began eating the shrubbery (James was always starving after Quidditch practice). They paraded through town on that first day of being an animal, the locals feeding them bits of food and stroking between Peter's eyes. He preened under the attention, occasionally rolling onto his back lazily. After the sun began to set, the three of them drifting back into the woods, and Peter felt his heartrate go down.
