Can I say it is a little bit sad that this might be our last show before our next new guitarist show up? Fortunately we’d played with the most amazing band from Beijing Snapline in our last show.Kind of released..
Though it’s a little bit weird for us to play in front of a goal-oriented devoted fans of a famous post punk band from Beijing.But we think we still had a great time with them.At least I think.
I was ready for nobody would give a fuck about us at the show before we started.Cos personally thinking ,we may never share the same crowd .Especially in China,everybody is having fun in their own circles and piss the others.And obviously today, we are in their circle!
Guess we are lucky, we didn’t get any glass bottles throw at us or any dirty words at us as well.Probably they were just being polite in front of your face then fuck you behind.But whatever,Yeah!We made it.I made it ,even after 4 hours’ sleep last night.And I could roll my head just like that without fall off the stage like Rhys did.I’m so proud of myself.
Here is a band that I must mention :Feima.Forgive me I didn’t paste a link of theirs,cos I’m so tired and out of conscious right now,you may call me lazy.But it is much more EASY to find them.Just google or baidu their douban or weibo or their bandcamp.Guess I’m old,every time I saw young lovely shy kids around I just can’t help to like them,especially when they are doing music in such a serious way.I gotta say these young kids are really brilliant,they’ve just graduated from college,and they even recorded their amazing album in drummer’s home.What a bunch of lovely kids.Their kind of noise shoegaze way of playing was shocked me.They are shy but more confident.So is their music.I’m really happy playing with them,makes me feel young again.
In all. Thanks to John who organized the Show of Sunday Live Shanghai.We will never get the chance to play with such an amazing band Snapline if without his efforts.And also these beautiful pictures he shot. Lots of people asked us when is your next show? I gotta say despite the stupid business show at June 22nd and 23rd for some French Summer Music Season Festival,I don’t know when is the next actual show of ours.In use of our drummers saying,everything depends on God!
There is another chance that this may is our last show if I am going to leave… Does that sound like I’ m going to die? This time, No!
