If I could perfectly describe this book I’d say rainy Sunday with a feel good swoon worthy book and a cup of coffee. 💕💕💕💕💕. If you are an avid romance reader, you’ve probably heard about the new @authorellamaise book #marriageforone that all bookstagrammers are raving about. ... Recommended to me by @books_et_bouquins & @bookish_loverr I love discovering new authors, #ellamaisie where have you been hiding till now? Im going to start reading all her books because her writing was great 🙌🏼. this book was an amazing slow burn, completely romantic, swoon worthy, makes you want to stop reading books because perfect guys like #jackhawthorne do not exist! I’m hoping @netflix can pick this up because this would be an amazing feel good movie 🤞. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. A marriage of convenience between 2 completely different people. Jack is brooding, intense, never smiles, always in a suit and never talks kind of guy.Rose is a light, always smiling, can talk for 2, jeans & a T type of girl. “After all, I was Rose, and he was Jack. We were doomed from the very beginning with those names. You know… the Titanic and all that.” 💕💕💕💕. But these are just your 1st impressions. Jack was soooo sweet and caring, rose was bubbly but she was also strong and resilient. Her passion for her coffee shop ( totally instagrammy, I wish i could visit) was one of the things I admired the most about her. They both find in each other the family they never had. “I want to be that person to you, Rose. I want to be the person you lean on. You and I, we’re the same. We have no one but each other. I was scared that the ending of the book would be unexplained, or rushed & it would be the one thing that would ruin a little the book for me, but alas, it was well written & explained, I loved that both characters were not dramatic and always jumping to conclusions.
