The Doctor (&Co) Dances
Random scenario just came to mind where immortal Rose Tyler strides into Torchwood 3 like it's nothing, everyone is confused as to why Jack Harkness is letting this random maybe alien help and why he's trusting her so easily; neither is willing to admit anything regarding their past relationship beyond the vague "We travelled together" or "It's complicated" and the team is all but forced to work with her, despite the general unease they get around her, after Jack shows them that her DNA is still human (Bad Wolf didn't change her biology enough to register) — even if she does not exist on any database of neither Torchwood nor official records, thanks to the Doctor and Jack keeping her hidden from any and all variables that may come after Bad Wolf – Jack did so of his own volition after finding out that she is still alive and the recordings of the Doomsday confession (where she revealed Bad Wolf to the Daleks) —, effectively rendering all their concrete arguments void of meaning, as it is not the first time a member of Torchwood contacted foreign allies.
They eventually come across something big and dangerous, the kind of thing no mortal human could seem to survive.
Jack refuses to let his team go, even when they argue that they should — some want to explore it, some simply want to do what they can to help people, and of course there is the odd one out to actually agree with Jack; none of them is Rose.
Rose stays silent, waiting to see if they manage to convince Jack on their own, before she has had enough. She stands up abruptly "Oh, bloody hell" she says as she goes over to him before grabbing his tie and kissing him deeply; she has yet to fully master telepathy outside of her marriage with the Doctor, and before their bond, she only knew how to communicate things beyond simple words in the same way she shows Jack visions of the possible futures ahead of them, through a kiss — physical contact is also an option, but I feel like she'd have also missed kissing Jack.
Jack stammers for a moment, surprised by her boldness, before grabbing hold of her face and waist, pulling her close to him as he is being carefully fed selected parts of her mind's content.
The kiss ends quickly, far too quickly — they barely even used tongue — "How about now?" She asks, and he knows he needs to answer if he wants to get more of her. Still, Jack Harkness is nothing if not at least a little bit of a tease.
"Sorry, that was a little too fast" he grabbed her waist once more and pulled her back to her previous position "Mind giving me a refresher?" Their lips meet once again, and this time, passion overpowers functionality as they delve into one another.
Rose's arms wrap around his neck as his hand returns to caress her cheek before traveling a little further up, the captain reveling in the kiss as he does so, not even caring for all the eyes on them as he cards his fingers through her hair; God, he missed her.
They let go of each other after another minute.
"So" Rose said once back in control of her breath "Made up your mind?"
Jack simply nodded, his face slightly hardening in that almost unnoticeable manner as he went through everything once more — because he did actually pay attention to Rose's message the first time; the second one was just for the sake of making sure he got to have this with her one more time —.
"We'll go" he finally says, momentarily breaking eye contact with Rose to look over at the members of his team "Anyone not registered in the T-5 file stays outside" he continues, naming the only file in the entire world with proof of Rose's existence and her marriage to the Doctor — not that they knew that; they only knew that they were not on that emergency personnel file —, unwilling to let anyone mortal near the apparent field of death.
He turned back to look at Rose "I'm assuming he's already there" because from all the things she has shown him, one she has yet to reveal was where exactly was the Doctor.
"Oh, I'm picking him up. He got trapped there a week ago. Still can't find a way to get him out and he refused to let us both be stuck there with no help" she laughed at her Doctor's protective antics, Jack relating to the reminisce "He's working on it from the inside for now, but that doesn't seem to be taking us anywhere, not anytime soon at least, and I'd honestly like to have him back before the end of the century"
"Have who back?" A woman asked — Gwen, she remembered; a rather young individual compared to her usual company and the man now only faintly holding her —, bringing attention back to the nearly neglected team.
Rose smiled, replying in the accent she adopted for the last trip they were on "Why, my husband, of course" she smiled humorously at the answering expressions to that statement, Jack joining her amusement in knowing that she had just completely shattered their perception of their relationship — if only they knew that Jack was one of if not at times the only exception to their monogamy, for he was in a relationship with them when they first got together and has always remained loyal and protective of them both no matter what. But alas, they did not, and by the way they were reacting to their smiling expressions, she doubted they would let this go any time soon.
Too bad they were already leaving. "Jack" she prompted.
That was all he needed "Come on, you heard the lady, we have someone very important to rescue" he gestured for them to leave the base, taking her hand in his as he teased about not being able to wait to see the lovely man again.
It's not a ship request but I've had this idea for a month and finally got to making it. And yes, before anyone says it, I know the necklace isn't a JackRose thing specifically. It's kind of hard to draw the parallel when Jack never got the chance to give Rose anything.
Also some might not be exact like the first kiss and last kiss ones but please note an attempt was made. There was more I wish I could have included. Maybe there will be another one?
They are the same character:

Literally has to stop her from going overboard I...
Hey hey. It's close to midnight and I'm gonna get a little messy. So brace yourself and bare with me ^^'
So obviously we have Jack and Rose, a beautiful and tragic married couple. Canon and visible.
Then we have Jack and Felix. I wanna say a "toxic" situationship in terms of how others ship them. Idk too much, I've only seen a bit and it's not really my favorite, so i can't say anything about it with confidence. But I can see it.
Now here me out, because I'd love to see it. Obviously, I wanna see Rose and Felix, but that, and let's be honest with ourselves, will be a bloodbath and fearful all around(as much as I wanna see it). So I propose this:
Jack and Rose and Felix
Just all around toxic and messy. Like a jumbled mess of fear, hatred, love, and illness. And it WONT be two against one.
Forgive me, this is my shipper/character brain talking. I've been using my lore/logic brain for the past couple days. Lemme have this? :']
