I'm also interested in the tension between (if I'm understanding it correctly) the sort of semi-liberal Coalition of Anti-Racist Whites/Catalyst project assertion that aside from relational and ethical compulsions, white people have a personal and more selfish stake in battling racism because oppression damages both the privileged and the oppressed (although obviously in different qualities and quantities) AND the thinking of David Marriott, Frank B. Wilderson III, Fanon, et al that the bonding over the mutual hatred of the Black imago is core to psychological integration, libidinal and familial stability, et al.
