⟣ Attending the same award show as your boyfriend

You entered the venue where the award was held with your group behind you. A sparkling navy blue dress was decorating your figure.

Being here felt surreal. Your group only debuted last year so being a nominee let alone perform was a huge honor for all of you.

Which felt even more surreal was that only two tables away your boyfriend was sitting.

Your heart beamed with pride when they walked up to receive their award. You knew how hard the boys worked for this last album and even if Jiung sweared that the support from their fans is all he could ever ask for, you knew how much even the nomination meant to him.

During their acceptance speech Keeho took a step back and let Jiung say a few words.

He finished his sentence with a big thank you to everyone involved in the process of making this album as exceptional as it turned out.

And for a brief moment he looked down and smiled to himself. Everyone could only assume what this gesture meant.

But you knew.

The endless studio sessions where you helped him perfect their newest track. With empty takeout boxes clattering the small table, your legs draped over his lap.

„No that’s-, that sounds kind of off, I don’t know“

You said huffing out loud and hiding your face in your hoodie. Well technically Jiung‘s hoodie. He didn’t mind getting them stolen if it meant seeing you in them. Just like right now.

The stress of the upcoming comeback fading into the background while the only thing on Jiungs mind was you and this oddly domestic moment.

When he looked back up you swore his eyes met your for a brief second before looking away.
