do you ship Clawdeen and Draculaura?

Preboot 100% they were my one of my ships. I didn’t hate Draculaura with Clawd, but it made little sense to me and had little connection for me personally. Reboot, not sure. Yet. I’m still getting used to them having just met which honestly does bug me, they were such best friends and so close in the preboot! I mean it’s nice to see that being built, but I hate that their bond was taken away from us. It seems like they’re pushing Frankie and Draculaura as the main 2 Beasties, which is a change I need to get used to after Clawdeen and Draculaura being the main 2 beasties. I’m going to miss them being THE duo of the main girls a lot.

Reboot; I don’t hate Clawdeen and Raythe and I think they’re adorable and dorky together. Plus, I’m psyched to finally see our black girl be canonly treated as a hairy, breath taking, ass kickin, stunning beauty for all the little girls to watch. Though reboot Frankie and Draculaura are giving me the vibes she’d had with Clawdeen, not sure about how I feel on them yet.

I’m getting wordy. Short answer, yes I ship them.

how did you get sai working on mac? I tried so many times and eventually I gave up ;__;

Oh honey I understand your pain COMPLETELY. It took me an entire day to figure it out myself, and cost me a lot of money (because Apple just loves to make life more complicated than it already is 😂 )

Basically I followed a lot of tutorials online, but because there are so many I’ll try and organise them a little for you,

Before you download SAI you’ll need to buy the Windows operating system for Mac as well as a software called Parallels. Windows suggested Bootcamp too but there are no tutorials for its setup related to SAI. Both cost money but if you are tight you can find Parallels for free online

Start with Parallels. Installing it is swift and easy, and if I remember correctly it is here where it asks you to choose Coherence Mode. Make sure you accept it, because Coherence allows you to use Windows programs on your Mac screen

Around the end it will ask you to set up a new Virtual Machine (which is Windows) and will give you options to buy it. Here is a very useful Youtube tutorial once you come to this stage. (btw this other video mentions that if you do manage to get Parallels for free, you can simply untick the box that asks for a serial number so don’t worry 😉 )

You might have finished watching the tutorial by now so you know once you’ve downloaded and set Windows up, you’ll need to install the Windows driver for your tablet. Here’s the link if you own a Wacom. It will warn you that you’ll need to uninstall other drivers but ignore that rubbish haha, dw it’ll still work 

Right-click on the Parallels icon and go into Devices > External devices, and there you will hopefully find your tablet. If not, I have a separate list of instructions to tackle that, let me know and I’ll list that down too

Download SAI and fingers crossed your pen pressure should be working! If it doesn’t the first time, simply restarting both Windows and Mac is what helped me 

Once everything works great but you perfer working on Mac than Windows, open up SAI and then click on the Parallels icon on top > View > Enter Coherence. This will bring the SAI program to your dock below. Right-click the icon > Options > Keep in Dock.

I believe that is all! I know this is a lot to take in and I’m soooo sorry if you still get lost halfway, technology sucks and you are not alone <3 But believe me so far this program is worth all the trouble, the workspace is so much cleaner and linework is almost effortless.
