They lay on the floor, nostalgia of going through one of their favourite childhood television shows in his bedroom. Why wouldn’t you want to look back and see how both entertaining and stupid it still was? It was a comfortable feeling, pillows all around them and blankets messily scattered as they’d been unconsciously fighting for who got them. The victor? Well.. let’s just say that Kyle had left Stanley shaking a bit.
❝ Hey Kyle, heads up, ❞ he said before grabbing the other and the blanket as well. Wrapping it behind him as well as tangling their legs up, bringing Kyle closer and rolling them around a little until they were stuck in it. That way, neither of them would end up cold, and hopefully no complaints.
❝ Sorry, it was getting cold. ❞
The side of his head rested on the floor, smile plastered on the ravenette’s face. He always missed the feeling of human contact, no matter how many times he received it. This was his best friend, his super best friend, and he didn’t want to let go. Instead, he’d held him even closer and squeezed, trying his best not to make it suffocating. Stanley was content, a warmth in his face and his heart.
He couldn't think of anything better, a night of watching old shows, with the one person who could melt his troubles away? Yes please. The redhead, after winning most of the pillows, had his head leaned on Stans' shoulder instead. He was almost asleep when Stan moves around and tucks them both into each other and into a blanket, waking him up a little as he opens his eyes and looks to him. He could feel both warm from Stan and the blanket, and it was comforting, to say the least.
"mmm...It's fine, dude...." He mutters in a tired voice, barely above a whisper. He could never let his walls down like this with anyone else, nobody but Stan got to see Kyle like this and he was fine with this. Kyle didn't mind it, it was Stan after all, he didn't trust anyone like he trusted Stan. So sleeping near him wasn't out of the picture, especially cuddling into him.
Letting out a small purr like sound, he moves to nuzzle his nose into the base of Stans' neck while clinging to him. It was like two koala bears clinging to each other for dear life, at least that's what it felt like to Kyle. The thought made him smile a little, which turned to a small snicker.
“Dude, We’re like two koala bears right now, clinging to each other for dear life~”
