"walking and talking! let's go!" lucifer didn't need to be told twice, being quick to follow. besides being interested in getting to know gregory better, he was tired of seeing the same off-white walls and crowds of sinners. a break would be nice.
"other weapons, huh? don't tell me it's num-chuks. they're horribly over-rated. tried them once and nearly knocked an eye out," he chuckled, looking around as they walked to try and get an idea of where the other was leading to. "i think a sword fight would be fun one of these days though if you were ever up for it. gotta warn you though, even though it's been a while, i'm not too shabby."
Normally his stride is rather long, a side effect of the length of his legs, but he tries to shorten it so Lucifer can keep pace with him. Dark fingers curl on one hand, a motion of thought on his part, considering. Finally he gives a laugh, rich and genuine.
"Nun-chucks? Ha! I've only had to use those once and that was a desperation move!"
One of the many missions he had been on. When you're disarmed and have a pissed off lackey bearing down on you, any kind of weapon is useful. Absently, he straightens his shirt, the bright orange of it a staple and often a stand out in the dreary dark tones of Hell; not even this place is going to take his favorite color from him!
An easy movement turns him down a more hidden alleyway not that far from the hotel. He knew of a nice little hole-in-the-wall place this way-- it would work nicely for his lunch break. But it's the mention of sword practice that makes his tail curl.
"Oh, that would be grand! I get tired of sparring with training dummies but no one else in the hotel seems exactly skilled in it... so, short answer: I'll fight you anytime you like."

"oh, that's so interesting! i'd love to be on stage, but i think i'd get too caught up in it all." being in a show would completely consume lucifer's life, aside from the fact some days he simply didn't feel like being entertaining anyone's company, so that probably wouldn't work too well with a packed schedule.
the tease made him pause a bit before he chuckled. "of course!" just for jokes, he conjured up a duck in his palm, and then just as quickly poofed it away. "see? no ducks here! was there even a duck? noooo way, jose. what other secret talents have you been hiding away?""
It would be the first time he's actually discussed himself with anyone since he'd come to Hell. Making friends hadn't exactly been high on his list, not with the types of slime that came down to this place. Amusement flickers onto the British Sinner's face at the appearance and then vanishing of the rubber duck.
"Heh... Come on, walk with me and I'll tell you more," he says with a casual hand gesture before turning on his heel to leave the hotel. After all, it was close to his lunch break anyway and staying cooped up indoors was not his idea of a good time. It's only when Lucifer catches up that he hums, tapping clawed fingers to his chin.
"Talents, eh? I'm very handy with a sword... and other weapons."

Nothing to do. All tasks done and he's just lazing on the couch, staring at the ceiling. Bored, the blond begins to casually sing:

I would like to remind that this is Gregory's CANON singing voice.

"Heh, Pre-Hell.... I've always had a sort of fondness for the stage," his tail curls in fondness as he recalls many of his little acting gigs, often in musicals themselves due to his voice. Sure, it would cause him to practically vanish for weeks because he got REALLY absorbed in what he was doing but, hey, gotta pay something for skill.
"I dunno... can you pull yourself away from your ducks long enough to discover things about me?"
