MARTA UNDERGRASS
Marta grew up with her mother Lena and acolytes in a mountainous, religious land called Sobrecia. When Marta was 12, her mother left on a missionary trip and never returned. A search party was sent out before long, and though she was told not to come, she snuck aboard the transportation. By time she was found, they were too far into their journey to turn back. Upon arriving in the land that Marta’s mother was supposed to be working in, the search party was attacked. Being a small, halfling child, she managed to hide from the attackers. But the search group didn’t stand a chance. Once they were taken, Marta was all alone. For a while, she was homeless. She stole out of necessity and got good at what she did, but always gave any surplus to others in need.
