BUT WHY DO PEOPLE HATE MARTHA I LOVE MARTHA SHE'S WONDERFUL
Ok, so I can't deny this any longer, I just really love Martha Jones a lot and I don't even know why, all I know is I miss her. And when she randomly pops up in Torchwood and Doctor Who again it just makes my day, and when she smiles I literally can not help but get the biggest stupidest grin on my face, like seriously Martha stop having the absolute perfect face/smile, I can't handle that shit
If you haven't seen Doctor Who series 3, please don't ask me about Martha Jones if you care about spoilers
because I will go on an involuntary rant about how fucking amazing she is, and I will unintentionally spoil everything
Martha was just walking down the sidewalk when she saw it, the blue phonebox from the 60s that she had so many adventures in ten years ago. A sensation of excitement tingled through her skin as she approached the door. She hesitated before she knocked, the Doctor probably had new companions by now and who knew what else could have changed. Nevertheless, she knocked, "Doctor?"
The Doctor spun to the door as Martha knocked on it, a mess of wires tangled hung around his neck, and he got a bit tangled but eventually managed to work his way free-- and work free a wire or two, which caused a few sparks and smoke.
"Hold-" cough, "-on-" cough, "-one moment!" He waved the smoke out of his face and bounded towards the door, grasping the handle and tugging the door open.
