Here’s my bigass post on stuff for exercise and food. It includes my pushup and situp regime. :)
My own routine is mostly revolving around work atm. So every shift at work I am cycling 12-18 miles a day, or roughly 6 miles walking if I’m on foot. I’ve now started with my pushups and situps, and I occasionally do running. No idea where my arms muscles have come from, though. o.o
I’ve decided to change my eating as well. Green smoothies for breakfast, cut out sweets and other crap (except the occasional treat), and I have a bean salad for lunch tomorrow. ^_^
