So our dearest Martin Kartin Kerosene King Blackwood did arson, right? We know this. It's one of my favorite segments in the entirety of the show. It's common knowledge. Then, nearly 2 years later while going through the domain of the Desolation, he reveals that he is genuinely terrified of fire, that he especially doesn't like how it scars. With this knowledge, we can establish that Martin was probably decently afraid while he was committing arson But he did it anyway Meaning that his fear of fire and getting burned was FAR outweighed by the primal need for pretty revenge. Far fetched? Maybe Self indulgent? Fuck yeah fuck yeah
