MartiniMod here. Time for serious talk.
As much as I would love to continue the AMS blog, the literal lack of asks to interact with characters is killing me. It means this blog is dying. No easy way to put it. I have loved working on it and cherished the characters who I made and the ones who have dropped by as well. I’ve had a lot of fun working on the storylines as well. But it’s pretty telling nowadays after two years with the blog that an OC centered blog, no matter how it improves or tries its best despite limitations on the mod, is going to really keep people’s attention. After all, it’s an OC, not a canon character that everyone can easily recognize. Yes, I know there are a number of blogs with an OC focus. And they do great! But a number of them have help of a really unique angle, like reviewing movies or serving eldrich horrors. Bartender horse is not a very unique thing. Does this mean I’m completely shutting down the blog? No. I’ll still be here for the random ask that does manage to come across my path. But I have been stressing myself out about not producing content and I can’t do that to myself anymore. Maybe someday Martini’s full story will come to light. But I can’t keep killing myself over it. So maybe I’ll use my old Lightning Round style to do quick asks and save the full style for anything that progresses her story. I’ll still be doing Tini Plays as well. A good number of you really enjoy when I do those and it’s always nice to see you drop by on Thursday nights.
TL;DR: You won’t really see updates here anymore unless there’s actual asks. Tini Plays will still be a thing.
