Family sent him to fat camp shortly after his powers developed and moved while he was gone.
(It wasn't actually about him being fat.)
Has a younger half-sister named Ashley Crawford.
(She protested the move.)
They reunited at Massachusetts Academy and she joins The Brotherhood.
(Though they don't keep that name for very long.)
He develops new powers at Massachusetts Academy. And gets some tutoring to get his grades up to graduate on time.
He's over Jean because her taste in men clearly sucks.
(Seriously, everyone but her knew Duncan was a jerk.)
He's a Library and Information Sciences major in college. He's 18, so he didn't skip any grades to go.
He's also dyslexic, and was surprised he was able to go to college at all.
He gets the same talk on consent, boundaries, and healthy relationships that Toad did.
Comes in handy when both Angelo Unuscione and Betsy Braddock want to date him.
He picks both of them. It works out very well, actually.
