hello, fellow filipino here! i’m looking into potentially playing pearl pangan in an rp but i’m having a hard time finding an face that is correct and fits. i’m leaning towards maris but she’s a little younger looking than i’m hoping for. do you have any suggestions?

it’s pretty tough to find a good fc for her bc 1) the philippine entertainment industry, as a whole, is really colorist and 2) even though she’s brown-skinned (by filipino standards), they still gave her eurocentric features.
i do know a good fc for this, though. (brown skin by filipino standards; small, sharp nose; small lips): devon seron (28). i think she’d be pretty perfect for pearl. yes, she’s cebuano bisaya. (no gif resources though, sadly. she gets whitewashed a lot but if you’ve seen her in her pbb days, you know she’s def a morena!)

she has gif resources, although they’re mostly from get even in a school setting. there’s also apriel smith (26 - no gif resources); she does have a small, sharp nose. she’s a beauty queen of filipino (cebuano bisaya) and african-american ethnicity. idk if she’d still be too young for you.
idk how old you’re thinking but shamcey supsup (35) is also bisaya and she’d work too.
