It wasn’t your typical love story—then again, nothing about your life had ever been typical.
The first time you met Logan, you were nursing a beer at a run-down bar in the middle of nowhere. It had been a rough week, and you’d stopped in to drown your sorrows in peace. What you didn’t expect was for trouble to walk through the door, clad in leather and reeking of danger.
Logan entered like he owned the place, his sharp eyes scanning the room before settling on the bar. He didn’t notice you at first, not until a group of rowdy bikers started giving you trouble.
“Hey there, sweetheart,” one of them drawled, leaning too close for comfort. “What’s a pretty thing like you doin’ here all alone?”
You rolled your eyes, your patience already thin. “Not interested,” you said, turning back to your drink.
The biker wasn’t deterred. His hand reached out to grab your wrist, and before you could react, a low growl cut through the air.
“Let go,” Logan said, his voice as sharp as the claws you’d later learn he could summon.
The biker turned, scowling. “And who the hell are you?”
Logan didn’t bother answering. He stepped forward, his stance radiating menace, and the biker wisely backed off.
“Thanks,” you muttered as Logan sat down beside you.
He gave a small shrug, his gaze flicking over you briefly. “Didn’t look like you needed help, but figured I’d step in anyway.”
That was Logan—gruff, blunt, and annoyingly attractive. You ended up sharing a few more beers that night, and before you knew it, he was a constant in your life.
The first time you met Wade, it was during a mission gone wrong.
You were an X-Man on a covert operation to recover stolen tech, and things had been going smoothly—until Wade showed up.
He crashed through the ceiling in a shower of debris, landing in the middle of the room with his usual flair.
“Ta-da!” he announced, striking a ridiculous pose. “Deadpool is here to save the day—or ruin it, depending on who you ask.”
You blinked at him, momentarily stunned by his sudden appearance. “Who the hell are you?”
“Name’s Wade, sugarplum. Wade Wilson. But you can call me Deadpool. Or Sexy Red, if you’re feeling flirty.”
You groaned, realizing he was about to ruin everything. “This is an X-Men operation. Get out of here before you screw it up.”
Wade gasped, clutching his chest dramatically. “Screw it up? Me? I’m offended, really.”
True to form, Wade managed to derail the entire mission. But despite his antics, he had a knack for getting under your skin—and not always in a bad way.
The three of you crossed paths for the first time during a fight that none of you saw coming.
You and Logan had been tracking a rogue mutant when Wade decided to make his grand entrance.
“Fancy seeing you two here!” he said, dropping down from a rooftop. “What is this, a date? A threesome? Wait, am I invited?”
Logan growled. “What the hell are you doin’ here, Wilson?”
“Same thing as you, probably,” Wade replied cheerfully. “Chasing bad guys, being a hero, looking ridiculously good in spandex. You know, the usual.”
The rogue mutant didn’t stand a chance against the three of you, though the fight was chaotic, thanks to Wade’s non-stop commentary.
“Nice claws, Wolverine!” he called out mid-battle. “Do you sharpen those, or are they naturally that shiny?”
Logan ignored him, focusing on the fight. But later, when the dust had settled, Wade stuck around—and somehow, he never really left.
It wasn’t love at first sight for any of you.
Logan thought Wade was insufferable. Wade thought Logan was too uptight. And you? You weren’t sure what to make of either of them at first.
But over time, something shifted.
Logan’s gruff exterior hid a fiercely loyal heart, and Wade’s humor masked a surprising depth. The three of you started working together more often, and the lines between professional and personal began to blur.
It was Wade who made the first move—or at least, the first joke about it.
“You know,” he said one day, lounging on your couch, “we’d make a pretty hot throuple. Think about it: brooding bad boy, sassy mercenary, and the badass queen tying it all together. We’d be unstoppable.”
Logan rolled his eyes. “You never shut up, do you?”
But you saw the way Logan’s gaze lingered on you after that, the way his touch grew softer, more deliberate.
And Wade? For all his jokes, his feelings were genuine. He made you laugh on your darkest days, and he never hesitated to remind you how amazing he thought you were.
The night it all came together was one you’d never forget.
The three of you had just finished a mission, exhausted but victorious. You were sitting around a campfire, the stars shining brightly above.
Wade broke the silence first. “You ever think about... us?”
Logan glanced at him, frowning. “What do you mean?”
“I mean,” Wade said, his tone uncharacteristically serious, “this thing we’ve got going on. It’s weird, sure, but it works. Don’t you think?”
You looked between the two of them, your heart pounding. “Are you saying what I think you’re saying?”
Wade grinned, but there was a vulnerability in his eyes. “I’m saying I’m in. If you two are.”
Logan didn’t respond right away, his gaze fixed on the fire. But then he looked at you, his expression softening. “What about you? What do you want?”
Your throat tightened, but you forced yourself to speak. “I want both of you. I don’t know if it makes sense, but it feels right.”
Logan nodded slowly, his hand reaching out to cover yours. “Then I’m in, too.”
Wade let out a whoop, throwing his arms around both of you. “This is the best day of my life! Group hug!”
And just like that, your lives were forever intertwined. It wasn’t the traditional kind of love story, but it was yours—and it was perfect.
