[SPOILER] returning in ‘Avengers 4,’ while another Marvel villain may be back from the dead
As cameras rolls on ‘Avengers 4′ news continues to leak out about which heroes are returning. Meanwhile, we may have just received news that a dead Marvel villain might be coming back. MCU spoilers after the break:
According to ScreenRant, it looks like Don Cheadle will be returning for ‘Avengers 4′ and War Machine. The site drew that conclusion from an interview The Hollywood Reporter did with Gwyneth Paltrow. In it she discusses shooting ‘Avenger 4.’
I went to Atlanta to do Avengers 4, so I’m in and out for that, and it’s weird to go back and forth. We’re growing fast, and balls are dropping all the time. But honestly, I was on set and thought, “You sit here for two hours sipping tea, Robert Downey Jr. and Don Cheadle are making me laugh hysterically — why the hell did I give this up?”
Unless Cheadle was just there for fun, it certainly seems he’ll be in the currently untitled ‘Avengers 4.’
Elsewhere in the Marvel Universe, we’ve learned that Frank Grillo, who played Crossbones in ‘Winter Soldier,’ could be coming back in some capacity. Grillo said this to Forbes:
“It’s great to be part of Marvel too, and I have three boys who are fanatical about Marvel, and I was surprised not too long ago because there is some news that nobody knows yet, to do with my character, that’s going to be really interesting, and I am excited about that.”
That seems pretty vague so take it with a grain of salt.
