So..... A friend of mine said to me how they see it wrong that people say Wanda and Stephen should be shown equally as they are really similar. They said Wanda used her powers selfishly whereas Stephen used them to save the world.

Before I give my own opinion I will state some facts about Stephen and Wanda.

Stephen started out selfishly, so he could find a cure for his hands and later started to learn more of the powers ( I forgot the name, sorry ) he then started to self learn things that were forbidden and later broke a law of nature, when he returned back the pages of the book, which led to all the other events. After this he learnt the full extent of his powers and took responsibility.

Wanda was grieving the death of Vision and to be with him she used her powers, later to discover how grave the mistake was. She never knew the full extent of her powers. She then transformed into the Scarlet Witch by which she got to know the full extent of it and took responsibility.

So, I just wanna say this. If people view Dr Strange as a hero after all the fuck ups, why not Scarlet Witch too? Why is she viewed as a villain when she has done the same things as him?

As Scarlet Witch has said to Dr Strange.

'you break the rules and become a hero, I do it and become enemy. It doesn't seem fair."
