well i can’t apply aus to original stories so:

how likely i am to write it: not very. there isn’t a whole lot about hs aus that appeal. i don’t even read em all that much

what pairing i would do it for: ...well i did sorta write a hs au for arago/seth, but it also involved them being secret superheroes so i don’t know if it counts.

Welp, I wanna ask another question because I'm generally curious about this. What exactly are faeries? What do they do and what do they look like? They don't look like tinker bell or anything right???

Fae, like most supernatural creatures, are beings that exist on the metaphysical plane. Lots of things are fae! Nature spirits like tree folk and river people, elves, brownies, goblins, fairies, banshee, and some people even classify dragons as a type of faefolk. So asking what they “do” would be like asking “What do animals do?” there’s too much variety to generalize them all.

Even just fairies differ wildly but they always resemble a tiny person with some kind of wings... so yeah, a lot of them do look like Disney-type fairies. Sorry to burst your bubble there. (but that doesn’t mean they ACT like Disney fairies) Sometimes they’re flower spirits (again, back to the nature thing) or elemental spirits. My favorite are light fairies.
